Role Summary: The Head - Project will oversee the construction, fit out of new showrooms & related works and ensure adherence to launch plan. He would lead the Project's/ Interior's team at Khazana. He would work closely with both senior management and his team of site engineers to ensure on-time execution of expansion plans. Key responsibilities: The key responsibilities of Head - Project would include, but are not limited to the following: Responsible for coordinating and obtaining GFC for project sites. Coordinate with all the internal stakeholders for internal approvals pertaining to design, materials to be used, QS reports on material quantity and related costs. Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of projects by vendors in line with the approved parameters of the management. Responsible for both civil and interiors related to all offices/branches and showrooms of the company for either renovation or new construction. Responsible for timely execution of projects across multiple locations. Co-ordinate with Architect to develop store layout & work closely with senior management to finalize the layout Plan manpower allocation to all sites for construction. Review progress on a routine basis along with the team. Adopt best-practices and processes to ensure execution of interior works to perfection Assist PMO (Project Management office) to track & update progress of new store launch Update the progress of new stores progress to senior management and escalate issues & support required.
