The Talent Acquisition Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing the recruitment team to attract, hire, and retain top talent aligned with the organization's goals. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on recruitment to enhance the company’s employer brand, streamline recruitment processes, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

1.Recruitment Process Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality metrics.
  • Optimize and standardize recruitment processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Leverage technology and recruitment tools to source and track candidates effectively.

2.Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction).
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment progress and performance for senior management.

3.Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and ensure alignment.
  • Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on best practices for interviews and candidate evaluation.

Key Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition​ and bulk hiring.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven expertise in managing high-volume ​hiring.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics and reporting.
  • Knowledge of ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
