Leader Talent Acquisition Operations

About the Role
As the Recruiting Operations Leader, you will oversee the recruiting operations function, ensuring the smooth execution of hiring processes while enhancing the efficiency, quality, and scalability of talent acquisition efforts. You will partner closely with the talent acquisition team, HR, and business leaders to drive key recruiting initiatives, streamline workflows, and leverage data to make strategic hiring decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence: Develop, implement, and optimize end-to-end recruiting processes to improve time-to-hire, candidate experience, and quality of hires. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline workflows across the recruiting lifecycle.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to establish recruiting goals and create strategic hiring plans that support business growth. Regularly assess and adjust recruitment strategies to align with organizational objectives.
Technology & Tools Management: Oversee the recruiting tech stack, including ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), CRM, and assessment tools, ensuring they support operational efficiency and scale. Lead projects for new tool implementations and system upgrades.
Data-Driven Insights: Build and maintain recruiting analytics dashboards to track KPIs such as hiring velocity, source effectiveness, quality of hire, and diversity metrics. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to continuously improve recruiting performance.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a team of recruiting coordinators, sourcers, and specialists, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support the professional growth of team members.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a high standard of candidate experience by optimizing candidate communication, interview scheduling, and feedback processes. Champion initiatives that improve engagement and experience for all applicants.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): Partner with DEI and HR teams to develop and implement initiatives aimed at attracting a diverse talent pool and reducing hiring bias in the recruiting process.
Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and leadership across departments to understand hiring needs, forecast headcount, and proactively address any recruiting challenges.
Compliance and Process Improvement: Ensure all recruiting practices comply with legal and regulatory standards, including data protection and equal opportunity laws. Continuously evaluate and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MA in HR) is a plus.
8+ years of experience in recruiting operations, talent acquisition, or HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in scaling recruiting operations within a high-growth environment, ideally in technology or startup sectors.
Proficiency in ATS, recruiting CRMs, and other HR tech tools; experience in managing implementations or upgrades is a strong plus.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and experience in building and utilizing recruiting dashboards.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives.
