The Client Service Executive will be responsible for managing client services, handling client relations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include addressing client inquiries, analyzing client needs, ensuring timely delivery of services, monitoring project progress, and providing feedback and assistance to clients.Qualifications- The candidate should be tactful and must have good PR skill.- Must be flexible enough to communicate with the clients- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Must be good enough in Hindi, English and Bengali- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
