Job Level - Manager and above (equivalent to Band R in NIIT)
Location- Gurgaon
Qualifications:
- Graduate
- 7-12 years of transition management experience
- PMP certification would be an added advantage
The role of PMO/Transition Manager is to support the Programme Management Office Team including:
- Provide transition plan management and reporting processes and tools
- Tracking status of programme deliverables and milestones; ·
- Put a process in place for risks identification & mitigation and review track them on a regular basis
- Acts as a central liaison function point between four towers of LDO for multi-practice implementations
- Co-ordination of project Governance arrangements & Control
- Improving Management insight through the introduction of a consistent and factual reporting framework across all projects
- Provide administrative to selected Programme Managers e.g. arranging programme meetings/workshops, writing up of actions and notes, MOMs etc.
- Support the Programme Manager to monitor and maintain the programme plan and programme share point sites
- Co-Ordination of the Programme Steering Group meetings, Preparation of Agenda, capture and circulation of actions/minutes
- Additional responsibilities include assisting the PMO Lead with defining and updating the project management processes, standards and governance especially when transitions are not happening
