Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation, SAAS sales, market research, CRM tools, database management, and cold calling. Additionally, the candidate should have extensive experience in the USA, UK, Australia, and Europe markets, achieving goals and be adept at mentoring juniors to secure high-quality leads from international markets.
Mandatory Skills: Sales Development | Lead Generation | Market Research | CRM Tools | Client Presentation | Cold Calling | Team Handling | Continuous Learning.
Market Focus: International Markets such as USA, UK, Australian markets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels including market research, email campaigns, and cold calling.
- Utilize your deep understanding of SAAS products to effectively communicate their value and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Conduct thorough research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the USA, UK, Australia, and Europe markets.
- Design and execute targeted email campaigns to engage potential leads from the market.
- Efficiently manage CRM tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on all leads and prospects.
- Maintain and organize the lead database to ensure smooth & efficient lead tracking & follow-up.
- Proactively reaching out to potential leads, introducing our products/services & generating interest.
- Consistently meet and exceed lead generation and sales targets as per the organizational goals.
- Guide & mentor junior SDRs to enhance their skills in improving their lead generation strategies.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in all interactions with clients and team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends, sales techniques, and best practices to continually improve your skills and performance.
