What we are looking for
Role: ITSM ServiceNow devloper
Experience Range: 4 – 8 Years
Location: Hyderabad / Chennai
Must Have:
Create and Maintain Test Scenarios/Scripts for Manual and Automated Testing
Create and maintain ATF tests, suites and schedules
Experience in ITSM module with strong development knowledge
Perform functional and regression testing, defect tracking from discovery to resolution.
Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow.
Significant experience with agile development methodologies and tooling etc. Eg: Scrum, Jira & Confluence
Good to Have:
A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL or CMDB Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs – all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system
Experiences and understanding of Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications
Create and manage scripts and workflow and has good knowledge in Update Set, Transform Maps.
Essential:
Implementation ATF/ServiceNow best practices
Maintenance of existing ATF scripts and suites
Create new scripts and suites from scratch for various process and modules.
Develops the technical solutions, implements them & performs the component integration tests
Work in an Agile fast paced environment and work in a highly collaborative way to complete assigned work, showcase progress and address problems that are well defined, complex and often non-routine.
Minimum Qualification:
•15 years of full-time education
•Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
