TCS Hiring for ServiceNow ITSM with CMDB

Experience Range: - 05 to 10 Years

Job Locations : Chennai/ Hyderabad / Kolkata / Ahmedabad


Job Description:

Job Summary and Responsibilities

  • ServiceNow ITSM Incident, Change, Problem management and CMDB Asset Management developers
  • Have a strong understanding of software development and business process engineering in the ServiceNow application.
  • Hands-on experience in integration and Service Portal development
  • Have worked on cloning and upgradation of ServiceNow instance. Must be aware of the latest modules of ServiceNow version
  • Serve as a key technical resource for configuration, development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow implementation
  • Good development / configuration knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change and release management. Also, any experience in Asset, CMDB, Service requests, HTML, Angular JS will be an added advantage.
  • Have strong project, product management, and business management experience. Should have liaised


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years overall work experience with atleast 3+ years’ experience with ServiceNow, developing core ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, Notify, Asset Management, Service Portal, Agent Workspace
  • ServiceNow Developer Certifications
  • Expertise with workflows, flow designer, catalog items, Business Rules, Inbound email actions, script includes
  • Experience with web service integrations (REST, SOAP), Mid Server configuration
  • Experience with portal development, including creation of custom web components in Service Portal (CSS, Angular JS, node.JS, Bootstrap)
  • Experience in working on Agile Kanban methodology
  • Ability to understand product/customer needs and convert into experiences within Agent Workspace, leveraging the full suite of workspace capabilities
  • Lead role in at least one platform upgrade; familiar with upgrade process (technical and functional), risks & mitigation methods, day-of upgrade execution
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and proven technical leadership


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with large scale, enterprise ITSM implementations
  • Ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience designing, developing, implementing business applications in ITIL, CMDB, Service Catalog, SDLC, Change Management, and Incident Management
  • ITIL v3 certification
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer



Minimum Qualification:

15 years of full-time education
