Job Title: Lead Tableau AdministratorLocation: Hybrid – Hyderabad/Bangalore/PuneExperience: 8+ yearsEmployment Type: Full-timeRequired Skills & Qualifications:- Strong Tableau Administration expertise- Installation and configuration of new tableau server- Server upgrade activities- Tableau platform sizing- Issue troubleshooting, tuning and disaster recovery- User access management- Server maintenance activities (e.g. cleanup and create backups of the database and restore)- Server Monitoring/usage statistics to identify possible performance issues- Server administration knowledge on Linux, Azure, AWS & Windows- Production support experience- Leadership Skills- Great Organization skills to manage multiple team members and work streams- Candidate should have exposure to and willingness to learn: Power BI Development and Administration, Microsoft FabricNice to have- Power BI AdministrationKey Responsibilities- Tableau environment Administration as a primary technical point of contact for incidents and Service requests related to Tableau server- Issue troubleshooting and resolution for all users of the Corporate BI Platforms- End-user support and training to inculcate Good Practices and implement Governance- Implement governance measures through automations- Lead a team of admins by planning and delegating to manage daily work along with other parallel initiatives- Install, Upgrade, and provide ongoing support for BI Platforms(Tableau and Power BI)- Communication with Business stakeholders to explain the technical aspects to build relationship across the organization
