Shift Timings: 1:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Initiating and tracking digital transformation initiatives
  • Co-ordination with various business unit heads for driving initiative performance against budget & timelines
  • P&L review of Business Analytics Projects
  • Development and implementation of the short term and long-term growth strategy
  • Preparation of business review meetings with MIS and review decks
  • Ensure information is propagated and consistent across all levels in the team and projects
  • Using a combination of technology and critical thinking skills, analyze data and create reports that enhance decision making across various areas of the business
  • Plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks with multiple deadlines
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion


Candidate Profile:

7+ years’ of overall experience with 2+ years’ as a team lead or project manager

Experience in handling multiple stakeholders is mandatory

Master’s or Bachelor's degree from top-tier universities with strong record of achievement, acumen and an entrepreneurial hands-on approach to work

Ability to think critically, analytically and use data driven insights to solve problems

Strong experience with MS Office, Excel and Visualization tool (Power BI or Tableau)

Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
