We are seeking an experienced LLM Developer to join our AI team in building and deploying state-of-the-art language models and AI applications. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in machine learning with practical experience in deploying AI solutions at scale.
## Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement LLM-powered applications and services using platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models
- Fine-tune and optimize language models for specific use cases and domains
- Develop robust prompt engineering strategies and maintain prompt libraries
- Build evaluation frameworks to measure and improve model performance
- Create and maintain API integrations for LLM services
- Implement safety measures and content filtering systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver AI solutions
- Monitor and optimize costs associated with LLM usage
- Stay current with rapid developments in the field of AI and LLMs
## Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks
- Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) and prompt engineering
- Solid understanding of NLP concepts and transformer architecture
- Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and collaborative development
- Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
## Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning and optimization
- Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search
- Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment pipelines
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Understanding of AI safety and ethical considerations
- Contributions to open-source AI projects
