Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Manager (DGM/AGM Level) at Urbanrise in Chennai. The Telesales Manager will be second in command and responsible for managing day-to-day telesales activities, leading a team, analyzing sales data, providing excellent customer service, and conducting training sessions.
Qualifications
Total of 15+ years hard core Tele-sales experience in Outbound calls.
Preferably from any outbound target based setup - BPO or Real Estate industry
Should have handled larger teams of minimum 60+ seaters.
Should have worked on sales target/result-oriented environment.
Should be aggressive and know telephone etiquettes.
Must possess excellent communication and analytical skills
Should have proven leadership track record with performance indicators in previous assignments.
