We are in search of a dedicated and passionate Telesales Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship provides an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales strategies and practices. As a Telesales Intern, you will collaborate closely with our sales professionals to support various sales functions and campaigns.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Sales Calls:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell Company's products/services.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and provide product information
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
3. Sales Targets:
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics.
4. Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on Company’s products/services and industry trends.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs.
5. Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to the Sales Manager.
**Qualifications**:
- Currently enrolled in any graduation course and have knowledge in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Should have minimum CGPA of 6.5 with no backlogs.
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
