The Salesforce lead is a key member of our Delivery organization in India. In addition to being responsible for developing high-performing solutions on the Salesforce platform, the lead will conduct needs assessments, technical roadmap and drive culture of innovation.• Team Player• Strong Communication SkillsQualificationsExtensively worked on debugging and analysisExperience in designing and developing Visualforce Pages and Lightning Web ComponentsStrong Salesforce platform knowledge with brilliant coding skillsMust have team leading experience for minimum 2-3 projectsOwnership of Technical Design documentation and EstimationPlanning and monitoring the tasks with subordinatesMust have the ability to independently drive requirements discussions with business stakeholdersMust have the ability to understand business problems and propose high level Salesforce solutionsRequirement understanding, analysis, designing, configuration, code review, support activitiesProven track record of driving the project by coordinating with the technical architectBachelor's in Computer Science or a related fieldSalesforce.com certification(s) (e.g. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II)
