Job Title: Lead Salesforce Developer We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to join our team and drive the design and development of Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Sales Cloud and CPQ . The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) , Apex , Flows , and Aura , along with a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices. Key Responsibilities: Lead the technical design and development of Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud and CPQ. Develop high-quality, scalable code using LWC, Apex, Flows, and Aura components. Evaluate business requirements and recommend optimal solutions using out-of-the-box (OOTB) features or custom development as needed. Apply design and coding best practices to ensure maintainability, performance, and security. Conduct detailed code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers. Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver robust solutions. Participate in solutioning discussions and contribute to architectural decisions. Support the formation and mentoring of a new development team around the lead role. Qualifications: 8+ years of Salesforce development experience. Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ. Proficient in LWC, Apex, Flows, and Aura. Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and best practices. Experience in mentoring and leading development teams. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Salesforce certifications are a plus (e.g., Platform Developer II, CPQ Specialist).
