Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify potential candidates for contract SAP positions.
Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and fit for specific roles.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, provide regular updates, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Job Posting: Create compelling and detailed job postings to attract qualified candidates.
Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and up-to-date information.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Offer Negotiation: Facilitate offer negotiations between clients and candidates, ensuring mutual agreement and satisfaction.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in SAP recruitment, preferably in a contract staffing environment.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of various SAP roles, technologies, and industry trends.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a focus on customer service.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Proactive: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Location - Bangalore
