About Us: Prosperr.io is a growing startup committed to helping companies boost their employee's financial benefits. Our latest product, Prosperr Benefits, is designed to help employees save on taxes by streamlining claims on salary allowances. We are looking for a passionate and strategic customer champions to help us scale this product, drive user engagement, and optimize the customer experience. Job Description: As a Customer Success & Growth Manager , you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the adoption and success of our FBP product across client companies. You’ll work closely with our relationship managers, operations, and tech teams to create seamless user experiences, manage escalations, and execute strategies to maximize product engagement and growth. This role is ideal for a proactive and data-driven individual with a knack for client success and a strategic mindset. Key Responsibilities: Drive Product Engagement : Develop and implement strategies to increase user engagement, ensuring that employees at client companies actively use the FBP platform to claim allowances and maximize tax savings. Client Success Management : Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure clients’ needs are met, delivering an exceptional post-sales end to end product experience and proactively addressing any client concerns or questions. Manage Escalations : Handle escalated issues and resolve complex client inquiries, working with tech and product teams to implement long-term solutions. Optimize Processes : Analyze existing workflows and processes, suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency, streamline claim submissions, and improve the overall user experience. Data-Driven Growth : Track and analyze key performance metrics such as engagement rates, claim success rates, and app downloads. Use data insights to develop strategies for product improvements and increased user adoption. Influence Product Development : Work alongside product and tech teams to provide customer feedback and insights that will shape the FBP product roadmap. Client Onboarding : Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth implementation and product adoption at each level of the client organization. Qualifications: MBA, B. Tech educational background is a must requirement. 3+ years of experience in product engagement, client success, or growth management, ideally in a B2 B Saa S or tech environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven approach. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with clients and cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. Experience with CRM and data analysis tools is a plus. Why Join Us?
