Create and implement processes to deeply understand the client’s business as well as to onboard them such that they integrate Grexa into their daily operations confidently.  Strategically identify growth opportunities among clients, advising clients on how to unlock more value through advanced features and tailored solutions. 6 months to 2.5 years of work experience in Program Management, Operations, or Growth roles etc ~ Experience in designing and scaling operational processes. ~ Proficiency in basic tech tools like CRM systems, Excel, WhatsApp APIs, marketing tools, etc.
