Our AI-driven platform can reduce emergency hospitalizations by 32-45% through predictive monitoring and early intervention. We're seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Management Intern to help us establish strategic partnerships and unlock funding opportunities across Chennai and Tamil Nadu. This role is critical as we expand our India operations and build relationships with women's organizations, government bodies, and industry associations. Identify and engage with women's organizations and NGOs focused on elderly care and social welfare Represent Gerontologycare at networking events and industry forums Grant & Funding Management Develop relationships with Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Tamil Nadu chapter Market Intelligence Conduct research on elderly care market trends in Tamil Nadu Identify potential B2 B clients including hospitals, senior living facilities, and healthcare organizations Prepare presentations and marketing materials for partner outreach Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM, preferably with specialization in Marketing, Business Development, or Healthcare Management Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Social Work, or related fields Skills & Qualities Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Tamil Relationship Building: Natural networker with ability to build rapport across diverse stakeholders Research Oriented: Skilled at identifying opportunities and gathering market intelligence Preferred Experience Prior internship or volunteer experience with NGOs, women's organizations, or healthcare sector Familiarity with grant writing or proposal development Experience in stakeholder management or business development Professional Development Hands-on experience in a high-growth healthcare technology startup Exposure to Singapore-India business operations Grant writing and funding acquisition skills Healthcare industry knowledge and networks Career Growth Strong potential for full-time conversion based on performance Opportunity to build India operations from the ground up Professional network across healthcare and social sectors Compensation & Benefits Competitive internship stipend Travel allowance for field visits and meetings Flexible working arrangements Every day, elderly people fall without help.
