Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Manager located in Chennai. The Associate Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations, ensuring effective implementation of company policies, and achieving business goals. Duties include managing team performance, conducting regular meetings, devising strategic plans, collaborating with various departments, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
MBA in Finance with strong foundation in financial management and analysis
Bachelor of Commerce (Corporate Secretaryship) with expertise in corporate governance and business law
Skilled in ERP systems including Oracle, SAP, and Tally for financial reporting and accounting
Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing, and compliance
Ability to leverage finance and technology to improve business efficiency
Passionate about delivering accurate financial insights to support decision-making
