Process Execution Handle day-to-day process operations according to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Perform data entry, data validation, and reporting tasks accurately. Ensure timely completion of deliverables and maintain operational efficiency. Work on process-specific tools, CRMs, and workflow management systems. 2. Quality & Compliance Maintain accuracy and quality in all assigned tasks. Follow compliance standards, client-specific instructions, and company policies. Identify discrepancies, errors, or process gaps and report them promptly. Participate in internal audits and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. 3. Data Management & Reporting Collect, organize, and manage data related to assigned processes. Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track process performance. Share insights and findings with team leaders and management for decision-making. Ensure confidentiality and data security at all times. 4. Customer Interaction (If Applicable) Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chats professionally. Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues within defined timelines. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery. Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members when necessary. 5. Process Improvement Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and recurring issues in processes. Suggest process enhancement ideas to improve speed, accuracy, and productivity. Work closely with the quality and training teams to implement new methods. Participate in brainstorming sessions and continuous improvement programs. 6. Collaboration & Coordination Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as quality, training, and operations. Assist team leaders and managers in project execution and client deliverables. Support new team members during onboarding and process training. Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.Required Skills & Competencies1. Technical Skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of CRM tools, ERP systems, and other process-related software. Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting techniques. 2. Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
