Job Description
HR and Research Associate
Company
Birmingham Industries Pvt Ltd (Birmindus) operates across multiple industries including finance, trading, agriculture, and logistics. Birm Indus assists Newton Global Commercial Business Ltd. (NGCB), a UAE-based financial brokerage company providing competitive tools and technologically driven platforms that can capture opportunities in the global capital markets. We are expanding this support team and searching for an HR and Research Associate with excellent communication and a strategic mindset who can fit into our quality-focused and growing organization.
Roles and Responsibilities
Act as the point of contact among employees, clients, and other external partners.
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
Manage and organise team calendars.
Assist with recruitment processes, e.g. identifying skill deficits, job description generation, arranging and coordinating interviews, negotiations, and the selection processes.
Assist with the onboarding of employees .
Manage office supply inventory and property issued to employees.
Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for team members as needed.
Track team and office expenses: prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports.
Maintain various records and documents for company teams, lead,s or executives.
Set up meetings and complete minute-making and task follow-up as necessary.
Take a lead in research tasks related to active and future projects including task allocation to teams, deadline conformity, and generation and formatting of reports and presentations.
Maintain all confidential and sensitive information as per the defined confidentiality clauses in the outlined secure spaces.
Support of sister company departments and teams as necessary on all mutual projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year experience in an HR role or related field.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills .
Proficient skills in MS Office, MS Excel, and documentation processing
Ability to work independently, proactively, and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
