THE ROLE

The success of our model is strongly dependent on thorough research techniques. The Research department is the fundamental pillar of the business and is made up of vibrant young professionals from diverse backgrounds with a unique blend of skills & experiences that makes the team a high-achieving group.


We are looking for professionals with the following:


SKILLS:

1. Significant expertise in secondary research techniques to capture data from multiple internet sources (LinkedIn, Company Websites, Professional Bodies, Trade Media, etc.)

2. Proficiency in interpreting project briefs/specifications/requirements to establish client objectives.

3. Active involvement in creating Projects Plans, Project Timelines, Research strategies.

4. Keen eye for detail to spot trends/themes/patterns in datasets.

5. Strong Logical Thinking & Problem-Solving skills.

6. Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint to create reports (Analyze, Interpret, Define, Report on datasets).

7. Good understanding of self and team workload/targets and ability to operate with minimum supervision.

8. Appetite to develop and enhance skillsets by actively learning from peers, superiors and project experiences.
