The Regional Head will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within the startup ecosystem, maintaining strong client relationships, and structuring risk management and insurance solutions tailored to dynamic business needs. Responsibilities include leading a regional sales team, working closely with stakeholders to develop innovative strategies, and ensuring high service standards to meet client expectations.QualificationsProven expertise in client acquisition, relationship management, and business development within the STARTUP ECOSYSTEM is a MUSTLeadership, team management, and strategic planning skillsProficiency in leveraging digital tools and platforms to drive business operationsExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teamsBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related fieldUnderstanding of risk consulting and insurance solutions , particularly for emerging businesses is a MUST
