Senior Business Development Executive Location: Experience: Minimum 2+ years Bhalekar Consulting is a rapidly growing technology consulting firm specialising in data engineering, AI solutions, and digital transformation services. As a certified Databricks partner, we enable global clients to achieve measurable business outcomes through cutting-edge technology and digital growth strategies. We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and business growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in lead generation, client engagement, and closing business opportunities across IT services and solutions. Identify, qualify, and prospect new business opportunities through Linked In Sales Navigator, Upwork, and other platforms . Lead client meetings (virtual and in-person) , build strong relationships, and manage stakeholder expectations. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet revenue targets. Monitor market trends, analyse competitors, and recommend business growth strategies . Drive brand visibility through active networking and professional platforms. Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in IT/Technology services). Strong background in B2 B lead generation via Linked In Navigator, freelancing portals (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.), Strong analytical and proposal writing skills. Understanding of IT solutions such as cloud, data engineering, AI, and digital consulting (preferred). Exposure to enterprise-level projects and cutting-edge technologies.
