Quick Commerce Executive - Job Description The Quick Commerce Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end operations across quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and other quick commerce sites. This role ensures timely servicing of purchase orders, accurate catalog management, and smooth coordination between internal teams to achieve OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery and operational excellence. Coordinate with the brand/category team to prioritize order fulfillment in alignment with business and sales targets. *Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure On-Time, In-Full (OTIF) order execution with minimal turnaround time. *Conduct catalog health checks and flag any delistings, content errors, or guideline violations. *low stock, high cancellations, or delays) to the category manager for corrective action. *Support onboarding of new products and catalogs on quick commerce platforms as per brand expansion plans. *Maintain and update internal trackers and dashboards to ensure real-time visibility of daily operations. *1–3 years of experience in eCommerce operation, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred. *Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills. *Basic knowledge of inventory/order management systems and data tracking tools. *Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for operational reporting and analytics. *
