Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Marketing Associate to support our paid and organic marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, a smart generalist, and someone who can take ownership of projects from ideation to execution. You will be working on multiple marketing initiatives, including campaign development, competitor analysis, and ad content creation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop in both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the ideation, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.
  • Collaborate with the team on campaign strategy, including target audience identification, messaging, and content creation.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and provide actionable insights for improving our positioning.
  • Work on creating scripts and presenting video ads, especially for courses like GRE preparation.
  • Coordinate for marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery through effective collaboration with internal teams (e.g., video editors, ad specialists).
  • Proactively manage multiple projects, ensuring smooth execution and a focus on results.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-1 year of experience in marketing or related fields. Freshers with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication skills with a knack for clear, concise messaging.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, Google Ads, email campaigns).
  • Ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Confidence in front of a camera for ad video presentation.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Docs, Sheets, and project management platforms is a plus.
