We're looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to help us continue on our growth journey. You will work hands-on with exciting digital advertising campaigns for a range of small to large clients all over the world.

Role Responsibilities:
- Hands on experience on Meta, Google and other ad platforms and omnichannel digital marketing strategies, primarily focusing on user acquisition for mobile apps and games.
- Assist in developing best practices for the setup, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, the Facebook Network, and more.
- Participate in the ongoing analysis and reporting of key campaign metrics and in-app events using Google Analytics, Firebase, Data Studio, and other tools.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to maximize customer satisfaction and campaign success.
- Develop Go-To-Market strategies for prospective and existing clients in the gaming and related verticals.
About You:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Digital Marketer/Strategist, including a proven track record in developing, implementing, and optimizing campaigns across Google, Facebook, and other PPC networks (preferably in an agency environment).
- Strong communication and presentation skills ( both oral and verbal) as this role requires to face clients and get on weekly calls.
- Genuine interest in marketing strategy and technologies, with a specific focus on mobile advertising.
- A thorough understanding of full-funnel integrated digital marketing concepts with a well-balanced mix of hands-on and strategic experience.
- Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of campaign performance.
- Works effectively and efficiently to ensure that deadlines are met without affecting delivery.
