• As a Performance Marketing Leader, you will be responsible for managing the overall Performance Marketing and Media portfolio for Newfold brand in the APAC region.

• This would include Strategy, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Reporting of the company's Paid Digital marketing campaigns across key media channels like Search (SEM), Display, Programmatic, social media & others

• You will be managing a team of Senior and Seasoned Digital Marketing Professionals (Subject Matter Experts in Search, Display Video) with delivering Acquisition KPI's as your key deliverables.

• As a Growth/Performance Marketing leader you will play a critical role in discovering avenues for in customer; acquisition, engagement, retention and growth.

• This role also requires building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth and overall demand generation of the brands.

• The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert, team manager, thought leader, helping to identify trends, evolving best practices, and innovative technologies/tools for all digital efforts that drive engagement and ROI for Newfold.


What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.


• You will be part of the APAC Marketing team managing a team of Seasoned Digital Marketing Professionals running paid advertising initiatives across APAC and globally

• Responsible for setting acquisition strategy, including planning, budgeting, reporting, and execution across multiple channels (organic and paid).

• Develop a robust performance reporting framework, analytics, and ROI tracking for our digital channels to continually optimize and improve our marketing investments.

• Be a Mentor, Guide and coach to a team of hands-on marketers and lead the performance marketing function in APAC

• Apply customer and channel insights to inform and evolve our customer segmentation strategy for omnichannel growth.

• Grow Newfold brands across the Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and South-East Asia markets leveraging Media investments

• Manage a team which plans, executes, and optimizes performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

• Develop and manage online advertising strategies to achieve company's goals and objectives.

• Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

• Monitor and manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of funds to maximize results.

• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to provide updates on campaign progress and performance.

• Develop and execute high-impact SEM campaign designs aimed towards optimizing conversion rates and rationalizing cost-of-acquisition in high volume categories.

• Direct the creation and execution of activation campaigns across diverse social channels to enhance engagement and augment brand awareness.

• Deliver comprehensive performance reports showcasing ongoing engagement and campaign effectiveness, utilizing robust analytical tools.

• Manage and maintain relationships with marketing agencies and vendors to ensure maximum ROI from partnerships.

• Drive innovation by implementing cutting-edge ideas to bolster the growth of key product families, leveraging a data-centric approach.

• Cultivate a collaborative team environment and demonstrate strong leadership to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

• Performance first approach with the aim of growing customer acquisition from digital channels and improving ROAS (return of ad spend)

• Apply A/B testing on the campaigns to have a deeper understanding of the target audience behaviors


Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.


• Business/marketing diploma/degree or graduate in any field

You should apply if you have a proven 8+ years of work experience in Growth and Marketing.

• Have excellent people management experience in handling a team of performance marketers.

• Experience with managing paid marketing budgets (INR 10Cr – 50Cr per annum)

• Have a good understanding of funnels, sprint, and agile ways of working.

• Have the business acumen to appreciate and understand levers for business growth and profitability.

• Are comfortable with ambiguity, believe in first principles, and have the skill to transform broad ideas into action plans.
