Key Responsibilities
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to boost morale, enhance workplace satisfaction, and promote a cohesive organizational culture.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze employee performance metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Reward & Recognition: Design and execute reward programs to recognize and motivate high-performing employees.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, handling conflicts, grievances, and fostering positive relationships.
- Learning & Development: Identify training needs, organize development programs, and promote continuous learning across the organization.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Degree in Human Resources Development from a premier institute.
- Experience: 5-7 years in employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, or related fields.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR analytics tools and familiarity with industry best practices.
- Preferred Candidates: Residents of Noida or nearby areas who have the ability to join immediately.
