ZADASTAR APPLIANCES | Sales Officer(SO)/Territory In charge

*Identifying opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
*Ensure the brand is positioned in line with the company guidelines.
*Drive and own primary and secondary sales targets.
*Sell out Dealer Territory support.
*Gathering market intelligence and complete knowledge of competitors' products and services.
*Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition states.
*Having in depth knowledge of the kitchen & Home Appliance and have the ability to conduct training
session on the Company's various products.
*Develop trusted partner relationships with the partners & their on-ground team to retain and grow revenues over time.
*Good market understanding on GT"s operations in Chennai/Madurai/Coimbatore/Trichy/Nagercoil/Vellore/Salem Market
*Good communication skills(both verbal & written);local language is must.
Skills required
*Good listening and analytical skills to determine partner needs and requests.
*strong presentation skills required, both in person and via teleconferencing or videoconferencing.
*Excellent people management skills.
*Relevant years experience needed 3-5 years' experience in MT/GT(Modern General Trade)Any specific Education background Preferred
