No false promises.Just skills that matter, taught by experts, with hands-on real-world projects to actually build and deploy AI solutions.Not just theory.Not just endless recorded videos.We bootstrapped from day one.Reinvested every rupee.And for 3+ years, we've grown smoothly and profitably — training students not just across India, but also from the USA, Europe, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and more .The model works — globally.Now, we're ready for the next leap.In the coming year, we're scaling aggressively and preparing for our first funding round.To do that, I'm looking for two driven co-founders to join the journey:Sales & Marketing Co-Founder (CRO / CMO) – Drive learner acquisition, close corporate upskilling contracts, and take the brand nationwide & worldwide.Technical Co-Founder (CTO / Head of Learning & Labs) – Lead product & curriculum in AI/ML, build and scale cloud lab infrastructure, and mentor our instructor network.What's on the table:· Equity: 10–25% each (negotiable, tied to role & investment)· Capital Contribution: ₹20–50 L each — mandatory for runway growth· Salary: Zero until traction → stable revenue → funding· Commitment: Full-time, 3–5 years to build an enduring category leaderWe're not starting from scratch.We're building on a foundation that's already working — and scaling it into something the market truly needs.If you've got the skill, the drive, and the appetite to build something real in AI education, you can apply, but better DM me .
