AC Ventures is a founder-first early-stage venture capital fund backing bold entrepreneurs solving real-world problems in India. With a sharp focus on Pre-Seed to Pre-Series A stages, we partner with companies building across deeptech, fintech infrastructure, consumer brands, SaaS, space-tech, and industrial innovation. Our thesis is centered around investing early in founders with sharp insights, high-velocity execution, and a differentiated approach to large, underserved markets. We are sector-agnostic but thesis-driven — preferring models with revenue or clear monetization paths, unless the idea is a true category-creator. We bring more than capital to the table — with deep operator networks, co-investment syndicates, and conviction-led support that lasts beyond the first cheque.
Role Description
Work closely with investors, founders, and platforms to make deals happen
Own the backend of the syndicate: investor onboarding, allocation, updates, and execution
Be the connective tissue between great founders and great capital
Support portfolio founders with intros, updates, and lightweight portfolio ops
Help source, evaluate, and package deals for investor review
Build scalable processes around compliance, documentation, and investor communication
Collaborate with the founders on special projects, product improvements, or partnership ideas
Be a Swiss Army knife across operations, partnerships, and investing
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in investment platforms, venture, private equity, or startup operations
Strong project management and communication skills
Familiarity with investor workflows, compliance, or partnership management
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple processes in parallel
Passion for early-stage investing and building in a founder-first environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
