Ensure seamless integration and user experience across Paathshala, Percipio, and MO Library
# Lead automation projects including Learning Quotient (LQ) statistics and L&D dashboard updates.
Explore AI Tools / New Technologies to improve efficiency
# Learning Content on Portal:
Create and manage learning content and ecosystem of all business training content
Update learning content on portal and maintenance
LMS & Vendor Management:
Data, Reports and Dashboards Management and publishing :
Create Power BI Dashboards
Manage and publish data/reports
# Address and resolve learning queries from employees related to digital platforms.
Hold meetings and collaborate with HRBPs, business leaders, and learning champions to drive adoption and engagement.
Education: Any Bachelor's/Master’s degree, Education Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
# Experience: 5–8 years in digital learning, LMS administration, or L&D roles with exposure to automation and analytics.
# Proficiency in Excel skills
Proficiency in Content creation for Learning and Training
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
