Job Purpose: This position is responsible to develop, refine and implement a robust risk management framework for TVS Credit, aligning it to the future needs and in line with the market best practices Key Responsibilities: Preparing product level risk deck covering the product performance on Key risk metrics against benchmarks, analysis of early bucket bounces, and early bucket flow rates and providing actionable to the credit and business team to arrest early flows Portfolio reviews covering areas of delinquency reports, perusing Early Warning System (EWS) reports. The focus should be on portfolio intervention and resolution strategies with the business unit to improve asset quality on a continuous basis Provide feedback or take necessary action to amend the credit policy as actionable from the risk analysis Prepare Credit Through the Door analysis and provide direction to the business team on variance correction Capturing key data elements and analyzing them, interpreting the cross-period movements, and understanding the macro mechanics of the system Hind-sighting reviews as part of risk review and credit policy implementation review Real-time monitoring of high-value cases Expected Credit Loss Model – Work along with finance and credit team to build, review and align the ECL models Job Requirements: Chartered Accountant / MBA 8+ years experience in retail credit / risk space with banks of repute / NBFCs (Preferably from Two Wheeler / Car Loan) Knowledge of regulations around retail and corporate finance Ability to derive industry insights and analyze best practices across the industry Ability to analyze the portfolio risk and to deal with big-ticket customers Strategic and Analytical Thinking Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills Problem-solving and Decision-making Skills People Management & Networking Skills
