This role involves coordinating with banks/financial institutions, assisting customers with documentation, tracking loan applications, and ensuring a smooth disbursement process until possession. The candidate will act as a bridge between customers, sales, finance, and banking partners to deliver a seamless post-sales experience. Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for loan sanctioning and disbursement. Maintain accurate and updated records of loan status in the CRM system. Liaise with internal sales, finance, and legal teams to ensure proper documentation flow. Prepare MIS reports on loan processing, approvals, and disbursements. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and banking norms. Strong knowledge of home loan processing and financial documentation. Familiarity with banking/real estate processes and housing finance products. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM software. Qualifications & Experience Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in post-sales operations, loan processing, or CRM (real estate or banking preferred). Experience working with multiple banks/NBFCs will be an added advantage. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
