Job Description ::
Seeking a candidate with 8-12 years of experience and a strong understanding of clearing, settlement, and dispute processes.
Thorough knowledge of clearing file processing including incoming and outgoing files.
Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards impacting clearing and settlement
Demonstrated expertise in managing card fraud, disputes, and arbitration processes.
In-depth familiarity with key dispute management functionalities, such as retrieval requests, chargebacks, and arbitration.
Understanding of industry standards, including ISO 8583, ISO 20022, or similar protocols.
Experience with products like Tsys, Vision Plus, Power Card, Optis, or related platforms is an added advantage.
Strong skills in product ownership, including product vision development, requirement gathering, and backlog management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business value.
Certified Product Owner (CPO) or similar certification is preferred.
Experience working in an Agile environment with knowledge of Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
