Locations: Chennai, Bangalore, Pune
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 5–7 Years
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Business Analyst with expertise in Generative AI to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify AI-driven solutions, and contribute to the development and implementation of AI models. This role offers the opportunity to shape AI-powered initiatives and drive impactful results across diverse business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Analysis:
Gather and document business requirements by liaising with stakeholders across functions.
Translate business needs into AI use cases and solution specifications.
AI Integration:
Collaborate with data scientists and developers to implement Generative AI models.
Provide insights into integrating AI capabilities into existing workflows and platforms.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency using AI solutions.
Recommend strategies for automation, personalization, and predictive analytics.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units.
Communicate complex AI concepts in a simplified manner to stakeholders.
Project Management:
Ensure project deliverables meet timelines and quality benchmarks.
Conduct periodic reviews and present progress reports to management.
Performance Monitoring:
Evaluate the success of deployed AI models.
Suggest improvements for model accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, MBA or related fields.
Experience:
5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and frameworks (e.g., Chat GPT, Mid Journey, DALL-E, etc.).
Technical Skills:
Understanding of Machine Learning, NLP, and AI concepts.
Familiarity with AI tools and platforms like Tensor Flow, Py Torch, or Open AI API.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and data analysis abilities.
