OLF works with over 55,000 schools, over 190,000 teachers and impacts over 4mln students in 33 districts (18-Maharashtra, 12-Chhattisgarh, 1-MP, 1-Bihar, 1-Gujarat). This is a full-time role for an Associate - Content & Curations. The individual will be responsible for creating and managing content, conducting research, and ensuring effective communication. The associate will work on-site in Pune and will curate educational materials, manage web content, and support the implementation of content strategies aligned with the organization's goals.

As an Associate – Content & Curations, you’ll:
✔️ Curate & develop engaging educational content for our Vinoba App
✔️ Support community growth, program execution & digital content marketing
✔️ Collaborate with educators, field teams & administrators to strengthen impact
Graduate (Mass Comm, Social Sciences, or related field)
#2+ years in content curation, curriculum design, or digital engagement
#Skills in content creation, social media, storytelling, and basic design tools
#Proficiency in English, Hindi & Marathi
0 LPA (Based on experience)
