At SuperGaming, we are building India’s gaming revolution. We have built games like MaskGun (70M users globally) and Silly Royale (20M users globally) and are now building Indus (an Indo-futuristic Battle Royale).

We are looking for a Community Associate based out of our Pune office to manage our Beta program for Indus Battle Royale, run community tournaments, keep our community engaged and anything else that’s needed to form the best community that has been built for a Battle Royale in India. This is a ringside seat for someone young to see and be a part of building India’s most ambitious game.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage our Closed Beta Program: Onboard new players, get them to join daily games, collect feedback from them and ensure overall success of Closed Beta Program
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the best Indus players
- Manage and grow our community on Discord including running events and tournaments
- Manage and grow our groups on WhatsApp

**Experience & Skills required**:

- Gamer
- Knows Discord well
- 3 months of community management experience for a game
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Great people skills
- Hustle
