Role Description:
By joining the infinite team, you will be working with cutting-edge technologies of cloud development, deployment, and operations. You will be part of a team that is constantly seeking to improve and provide the best next generation solutions for the pay TV world.
Requirements:
We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer for our Media Cloud team.
You will be part of development team responsible for building and managing microservices for the platform.
You will play a critical part in design and development of services and be a senior member overseeing the work of other junior members of the team.
You will develop high quality software in a collaborative environment where continuous deployment, automated tests and rapid releases are the norm.
Personal Attributes:
Bachelors / Masters Degree in Engineering.
Should have minimum 7+ years of IT experience.
At least 5+ years of experience with Javascript, NodeJS, GoLang, MongoDB (NoSQL) based application development.
At least 4+ years of AWS, EKS, K8s experience.
Extensive experience in system design, development and maintenance of microservices based cloud services.
Extensive experience working with high volume, high throughput, cloud based systems.
Should have experience in debugging and solving issues in such systems.
Proven technical skills and self-learning ability, capable of thoroughly understanding the functional and technical aspects of a complex system.
Strong desire to learn and improve and coach team members.
Worked in Agile teams.
