Job DescriptionRole OverviewWe are looking for a Affiliate Marketing Manager who will own, scale, and optimize affiliate partnerships for top advertiser brands. This is a publisher-facing role where you’ll act as the bridge between publishers and PixelRings affiliate ecosystem, ensuring performance, ROI, and long-term growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow relationships with publishers and affiliate partners.Negotiate and secure the best possible offers, payouts, and exclusive deals for clients.Monitor daily performance, ROI, and campaign health across multiple verticals (eCommerce, travel, finance, apps, lifestyle).Analyze traffic sources, fraud patterns, and optimize campaign delivery.Collaborate with internal tech and delivery teams to ensure smooth integrations (MMPs, tracking, reporting).Stay ahead of affiliate/AdTech trends and identify new opportunities.What We’re Looking For2–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, client-side management, or digital partnerships.Strong understanding of affiliate networks, CPA/CPI/CPL models, and MMPs .Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics/reporting tools.Based in Noida.Why Join Pixel Rings?Be part of a global AI-driven performance marketing powerhouse.Competitive salary + performance bonuses.Growth-oriented culture with international exposure.
