The most recent addition to the noon ecosystem, the noon Food mission is to revolutionize the F&B delivery landscape, firmly putting the control and success back in the hands of retailers.What you'll do:Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.Act as a proactive problem-solver by continuously analyzing data to identify emerging business challenges and opportunities across customer segments, markets, and productsAnalyze every stage of the customer journey—from acquisition to engagement, retention, and monetization—to identify points of friction and design strategies to improve funnel performance.Design and evaluate A/B experiments to validate hypotheses and support product or growth decisions. Partner with relevant teams to ensure experiments are run with scientific rigor and deliver meaningful results.Continuously look for ways to improve analytics processes—enhance tools and infrastructure, make data more accessible, and streamline reporting for better efficiency and impact.Drive regular business review with stakeholder, contribute to strategy planningWhat you’ll need:Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or equivalentMinimum 4+ years of experience in Analytics / Strategy / ConsultingExcellent data analysis skills (investigation, modeling, mapping & gap analysis)Knowledge of Tableau/Power BI and other business intelligence and analytical toolsExpert in SQL (must) / Python / R / SASAble to develop, test, and deploy models on cloud / webExperience in handling large datasets - Expert data modeling skillsStrong knowledge of fundamentals, including funnel analytics, customer segmentation, user activity modeling, churn analytics and A/B testing.Strong problem-solving capabilities- able to conceptualize, organize, simplifyAbility to own projects end-to-end: building out timelines, key milestones, provide regular updates to stakeholders and delivery against agreed upon specsAbility to adapt in the dynamic and fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Who will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
