About the Job:

As a QLS Graphics Engineer , you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality visual assets that support vehicle development and servicing. This position is based in Chennai , where you will work on generating and managing graphical content for a wide range of vehicle components, from sheet metal to electrical systems.


What You’ll Do:

  • Develop Inspection Graphics, Grid Views, and Paint Graphics for all sheet metal parts of the vehicle.
  • Create Electrical and Powertrain Graphics for wiring harnesses and powertrain components, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance visualization and service documentation.
  • Utilize tools such as Teamcenter, Vismockup, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator to produce detailed, precise illustrations.
  • Continuously improve graphical assets to align with evolving vehicle designs and service requirements.
  • Adapt to new tools and software as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a learning mindset.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Education : B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
  • Experience : 2–5 years in a relevant field, with a focus on vehicle architecture and visualization.
  • Technical Skills :
  • Proficiency in Teamcenter and Vismockup .
  • Strong understanding of vehicle architecture , including car parts, accessories, and their service requirements (electrical and powertrain knowledge is a plus).
  • Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic development.
  • Soft Skills :
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts when necessary.
  • Additional Traits :
  • A proactive approach to learning and mastering new tools or applications.
  • Commitment to producing high-quality, detailed graphical outputs.
