About the Job: As an FEA – NX Meshing Engineer, you will focus on finite element analysis (FEA) for components in the engine, machinery, and truck domains. You will utilize your expertise in NX meshing, Hypermesh, and Ansys to perform complex simulations and analyses, collaborating with onsite teams to support project execution. This role requires strong communication skills and a solid work ethic to ensure high-quality, reliable results.


What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct FEA modeling and meshing using tools like Ansys, NX Meshing, and Hypermesh.
  • Perform static linear/non-linear analysis (geometric, contact, and material) and dynamic analysis (modal, frequency, and transient) to evaluate performance.
  • Execute bolted joint analysis and explicit dynamic analysis.
  • Correlate test data with FEA results to validate models.
  • Work independently on FE modeling while collaborating with onsite teams on various projects.
  • Demonstrate flexibility with potential work assignments across Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience with FEA tools, specifically Ansys, NX Meshing, Nastran, and Hypermesh .
  • In-depth understanding of FEA modeling principles, particularly with shell and solid elements.
  • Experience with engine and earth-moving machine components.
  • Proficiency in various analysis types, including static, dynamic, and bolted joint analysis.
  • Strong initiative, work ethics, and teamwork skills with confident communication abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE) required.
