As a Business Operations Trainee, the candidate will assist in managing day-to-day operations, client coordination, and execution of wellness projects. This role offers hands-on exposure to multiple business functions in a fast-growing startup, with the opportunity to learn directly from the leadership team and grow into a full-time operations role.

Prospect potential B2B and B2C clients , support outreach, and maintain sales pipeline data.

Support in planning and executing marketing activities (events, partnerships, workshops, etc.).

Coordinate with internal teams (counselors, trainers, marketing, tech) to ensure smooth execution.

Track deliverables and update reports/MIS regularly.

Conduct market and competitor research to support business strategy.

Familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace.

Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field.
