The ideal candidate thrives on solving complex problems, managing cross-functional projects, and building scalable systems that balance efficiency with innovation. You’ll be at the center of business strategy and execution — translating ideas into actionable outcomes, accelerating cost optimization, and strengthening the backbone of Foxtale’s supply chain growth story. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manufacturing Landscape & Expansion Evaluate Make vs Buy decisions and build a roadmap for expansion. Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, equipment suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-efficient execution. Manage project budgets, timelines, and progress reporting to leadership. Set up systems and SOPs for production, quality, safety, and supply chain integration. 2. Cost Savings & Efficiency Drive cost savings across raw materials, packaging, and plant operations through vendor negotiations, alternative sourcing, and process improvements. Implement frameworks to track KPIs such as cost per unit, inventory turns, and productivity. Identify opportunities for waste reduction, better utilization of resources, and sustainable practices. 3. Strategic & Operational Projects Support supply chain expansion initiatives in line with business growth. Ensure readiness for new product launches by aligning procurement, production, and distribution. Partner with Finance on working capital planning , cost benchmarking, and budgeting. 4. Leadership & Execution Support Act as a project manager and execution partner for management. Prepare business cases, dashboards, and cost-benefit analyses to aid decision-making. Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure alignment with company growth objectives. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations consulting (FMCG, personal care, or related industries preferred). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Familiarity with cost analysis, budgeting, and process optimization frameworks. Excellent communication and presentation skills with attention to detail.
