Job Description: Front Office Executive – Chocolate Hotel

Position Overview:

As a Front Office Executive at Chocolate Hotel, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for delivering exceptional service with a welcoming and professional demeanour. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a guest-first mindset to ensure a seamless and memorable stay for every visitor.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Relations:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude.
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage daily front desk operations, including accurate billing and record-keeping.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, rates, and hotel policies.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.

Communication & Coordination:

  • Serve as a communication hub for guests and staff, facilitating smooth operations.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, providing accurate information about the hotel’s services.

Problem-Solving:

  • Resolve guest complaints effectively, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Stay proactive in anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.

Brand Representation:

  • Uphold the Chocolate Hotel’s standards of excellence and hospitality.
  • Foster a positive image of the hotel through professional conduct and appearance.

Working Conditions:

  • Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
