Complementing the innovative dishes, Suzie’s serves handcrafted, meticulously curated cocktails, making every dining experience memorable.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Commis Chef (Commis 1/2/3) at Suzie’s, located in North Goa. The candidate will assist in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes as part of the kitchen team. Responsibilities include maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring proper storage of ingredients, and supporting kitchen operations as directed by senior chefs.QualificationsStrong foundational skills in food preparation and cooking techniquesKnowledge of diverse cuisines and an interest in fusion cookingAbility to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with food safety and hygiene practicesEffective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a teamRelevant culinary certification or training is an advantagePrior experience in a professional kitchen, especially in a fine dining or fusion restaurant, is preferredA passion for innovation in cuisine and attention to detailAccommodation in Goa will be Provided
