The Role:
As a BIM Modeler at Inkers, you will play a crucial role in translating 3D point clouds into detailed Building Information Models. Your work will be vital for accurate decision-making in construction projects, contributing directly to our mission of revolutionizing the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed BIM models using point cloud data in Revit
- Ensure BIM models adhere to industry standards and best practices
- Identify and resolve design conflicts and issues in the BIM models
- Provide support in creating 2D drawings and 3D visualizations as needed
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and software advancements
- Assist in quality control and review processes to ensure the accuracy of BIM models
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other relevant BIM software
- Experience working with point cloud data and 3D modeling
- Strong understanding of construction processes and building systems
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
